Double Stone Steel Europe Ltd – creating a PVD fabrication base in the UK
Having been trading for many years using the innovative process of PVD Titanium Ion Coating which was well-known in Asia, the decision was made by Double Stone Steel Ltd to introduce coloured stainless steel to other countries. This led to the partnership between Double Stone Steel and UK- based John Desmond Ltd, a British Manufacturer since 1968, based in Wimbledon, London, UK. Double Stone Steel Europe Ltd was formed in 2014 through this partnership.
The partnership unites expertise in fabrication of PVD, built on over twenty years of manufacturing, and the resources and skills of a longstanding architectural metalworks company.
With the specialist capabilities for producing high quality architectural metalwork, along with the capacity to produce PVD coloured stainless steel we have created a fabrications workshop that can produce complex metal structures and components in a range of colours and finishes. The range of fabrications is further enhanced by the the V-Grooving and folding capacity which enables sheet metal to be sharply folded to a square radius.
To achieve the level of service required to provide PVD coloured stainless steel internationally, Double Stone Steel Europe Ltd purchased 48 Weir Rd, in near proximity to the John Desmond Ltd premises, and have built a 30000 square foot factory to accommodate full manufacturing facilities.
Double Stone Steel Europe services all of Europe, the Middle East and Australasia from its base in London, UK.
